For any copyrighted work submitted for possible publication/publishing, whether in print or online, through Alintana Publishing and its publishing imprints and/or its affiliates and Service Providers, We review any submission for at least three (3) months and delete all rejected submissions upon Your acknowledgement of receipt of Our submission status notification email response. For any Personal Data or submissions pertinent to any contracts where We have engaged You as a result of a successful accepted copyrighted work submission, We retain all records for as long as necessary to the execution of the contract and as prescribed by Philippine law.


The Company also retains Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Website, or when We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods of time.
